Fellowstream is headquartered in Las Vegas due to circumstance.  My video game job brought me here, and it turns out starting a business in Nevada is fairly easy.  Besides the obvious entertainment value, though, Las Vegas has the perk of hosting a veritable ton of conferences every year.

BlogWorld, here we come!

Sean Connery will not likely show up, but you never know.

For those of you unfamiliar with BlogWorld, first, don’t feel bad.  I didn’t know what it was either until I saw some promotions and asked around.  Basically, it’s a gathering for people who write blogs (duh!) and encompasses the whole social media and online marketing thing.  Since we’re a company that lives and dies by the ol’ Net, it sounded like a good fit.

While Jacob is conference shy, I’m not.  I’m bringing a colleague, Jake Rolfe, to help me mingle and meet people.  I’ve already been able to talk one of my favorite bloggers, Ali Hale, to agree to meet me “in the real world,” which is a treat to say the least.
