Unless you’ve inherited a billion dollars from a rich uncle, you need a way to manage your tasks and work with others.  Sign up for the Fellowstream beta if you haven’t already: http://beta.fellowstream.com/.

So, I have to admit that have 5 months straight of developing Fellowstream, Avalon Labs decided to take a few days off around the Memorial Day holiday.  Here’s visual proof that we aren’t completely “all work and no play” around here:

I’m working on my Bocce Ball form at the Fike Memorial Day picnic.

Jacob’s looking good hiking Red Rock Canyon.

But after the sun burns healed, Avalon Labs got right back to work polishing the latest update to Fellowstream.  Here’s some of the changes you might see the next time you log in:

  • The “My Workspace” drop-down menu in the navigation bar has new options including, “My Open Tickets,”  “My Closed Tickets,” “Followed Tickets,” and “Hidden Items.”  (And as a bonus, the menu shows how many tickets you have open with a nifty number counter.

The “1” counter indicates you have one open ticket.

  • Profile pages include a list of groups and projects that team member is involved in.

This person is involved in the “Developer” group and the “Iota” project.

  • Popup boxes, the date picker and buttons have a new look that integrates better into the site.

Enjoy the June 2010 update!  Next up, we’ll be working on support issues with the site.  And if you have any suggestions for Fellowstream updates, let us know!
