It’s been a month since Fellowstream came out of beta, but that doesn’t mean we haven’t been busy with updates and developments.  We have a lot of big new features we plan to add in the coming year.  For starters, we’ve added the ability to comment on tickets in the Stream:

Go ahead.  Say something.

Previously, comments could not be added directly in stream view.  You had to open a ticket to make a comment.  In our latest update, there’s a convenient comment box which allows you to add information permanently to a ticket.  This allows you to relay information on a ticket without opening it, streamlining communication about a task.
